Hi, with Jetpack you cannot use some of the options of HMWP, as Jetpack uses 3rd party WP URLs like http://www.wp.com, etc. Hence, you’ll need to empty out “new wp-content path” and “new wp-includes” fields in Permalinks & URLs tab. Please check and let us know.

Can you please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply? Thanks! The issue was all because you didn’t properly rename wp-admin path name. Also, it seems like you didn’t follow the steps mentioned above (it will just remove settings related to HMWP). And for us to rename wp-admin path for you, we’ll need access to your site and wp-config. So this is kind of bottle neck, neither you could configure the plugin correctly nor we could have access to configure it for you. In that case, unfortunately, we’ll have to ask you to apply for the refund. Please apply for it via your Envato panel. Thanks for your understanding!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, to let you know no plugin or tool can assure you 100% security, they can only minimize the risks/hacks. The main aim of HMWP plugin is to hide the fact that the site uses wordpress, which will prevent from the bots especially designed to attack WP sites. Also it has Intrusion detection system that will block malicious requests coming to the site.
We recommend you to use another security plugin like Wordfence along with HMWP for better security.
Regarding the messages received, HMWP IDS detects malicious requests coming to your site and notify you about it. But all these requests might not be harmful and you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block the malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS). You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.

Now the elementor editor seems to be working fine.
Can you please check? Also, enter HMWP purchase code in Start tab.

Please add the following replacement in “replace in html” under replace tools tab:
Free UnderConstructionPage plugin for WordPress ==> Under Construction Page
Also, set “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ in Permalinks & urls tab.
Hi, this usually happens if you miss some step while renaming wp-admin path name. Can you please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details and FTP details as private reply so that we can setup the plugin in your site? Also, let us know the new name you want for wp-admin? Thanks!
