Hi, I checked your site, but it seems like HMWP is currently deactivated in your site. Can you please post here your site’s .htaccess file’s content?
Okay, so it could be that your chrome browser is returning incorrect IP, or you are using any proxy there. Please check IP with whatismyip.com in all browsers.
Hi, we understand your concern. We’ll see what can be done here in the upcoming versions.
Other redirects won’t be affected, except for the URLs with these paths – https://www.screencast.com/t/N0zZlmYouk0jJune 25, 2019 at 7:37 am in reply to: Issues HMWP: license code, save settings and 'Page Base' and 'Paginate Base' #26672I can access your site but it seems like you have deactivated HMWP currently. Can you please activate HMWP, and apply ‘medium privacy more compatibility’ settings scheme (from HMWP Start tab) so that I can see/check the actual issue?
Also, post here your site’s htaccess content after you have applied HMWP settings.
Thanks!
Hi, most probably you didn’t add HMWP rules in the correct place in Nginx config file. Please make sure that you add HMWP rules within server{} block in Nginx config file.
Please post here your site’s Nginx config file’s content after you have added HMWP rules in it.
Thanks!June 25, 2019 at 7:29 am in reply to: How to redirect to login page when i activated "Hide Admin"? #26669Hi, is it that you are not able to login to site’s backend after you have renamed wp-admin path name? Let us know!
Hi, it seems like HMWP is currently disabled in your site? Please apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab. Also set “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ in Permalinks & urls tab.
Note: The new login url will be YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
Also, I checked the site’s page source and see the URLs starting with wp-content instead of full url – https://www.screencast.com/t/4SFo9HLO5
Please check.Let us know!

Hi, that might have been a mere coincidence. HMWP is already deactivated, that means it’s non-functional. As you can see in the screenshot in my previous comment, the original WP paths itself is returning “Could not be loaded” error. Please contact your hosting provider regarding this. Thanks!

Hi, it seems like you have renamed wp-admin path name. It usually happens if you miss some step while renaming wp-admin.
please follow the steps below:
1) In “wp_options” table in your database, delete the rows with following “option_name” (if exists). Please backup your database first.
– hide_my_wp
– hide_my_wp_undo
– hmwp_ids_installed
– hmw_all_plugins
– external_updates-hide_my_wp
– hmwp_spam_counter
– hmwp_temp_admin_path2) comment out or remove following line from wp-config.php (if you have added it there previously)
define(“ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH”, “/NEW_WPADMIN_PATH_NAME”);You shall now be able to login to backend, and then re-configure HMWP plugin.
Let us know!
