    Hi, can you please let us know what exactly is the issue?

    – Did you rename wp-admin path name?
    – Did you rename wp-login.php?
    – Are you able to login with /wp-login.php?key=value

    Hi, HMWP IDS detects malicious requests coming to your site and notify you about it. But all these requests might not be harmful and you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block the malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS). You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.

    Note: If in case, valid request is also listed as intrusion then hover over that request name and click on Exclude link to add it to exception list.

    Hi, I checked “woocommerce frontend manager” plugin and I could upload images without any issue – https://www.screencast.com/t/cb7LU6q64VM
    Also checked with Xtheme and it’s compatible.

    Hi, unfortunately, there is no trial option available. It’s compatible with almost all the themes. In previous case also, it’s most probably not the theme issue but some issue related to .htaccess (server) which we could have resolved. Thanks!

    Hi, I added the replacement “wp-content/uploads ==> file” in Replace in HTML section and now it looks good.

    Hi, how exactly are you trying to import the settings? DO you have old settings saved somewhere in text file? If so then you’ll need to copy and paste that settings into “Import Options” textbox under Start tab and click “save settings” button.

    If it’s still the issue then please send us your old settings so that we can check. Thanks!

    Hi, I see that all the previous HMWP settings has been reset? I tried to apply the settings but could not as it’s Nginx server (HMWP rules needs to be added to nginx config manually). Can you please apply the settings as before and let me know? Thanks!

    Hi, please do these:
    – disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP General settings tab
    – enter your name and email address in “Email sender name” and “Email sender address” fields in General settings tab
    – empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab
    – if still the issue then try disabling “IDS” option in IDS Firewall tab
