Hi, apologies for the delay! Such issue usually occurs if you do not enter HMWP Purchase Code. Please make sure that you enter the purchase code under HMWP start tab. If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into it.
Hi, yes you can. Please apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab. Then set “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ in Permalinks & urls tab; and enable “Auto configuration” option in Replace Tools tab.
