Hi, can you please try downloading a fresh copy of plugin from CodeCanyon? If it’s still the issue then please directly upload “hide_my_wp” plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ directory. Let us know.

Hi, I don’t have backup of HMWP settings of your site. You can backup/export HMWP settings by clicking on “export current settings” button in HMWP start tab and saving the settings in a text file, so that you can use it to restore the settings in the future.

Hi, I didn’t get what exactly the issue is. Are you having issue accessing PhpMyAdmin installed in your site’s root directory? And is it the issue only when HMWP plugin is active? Please explain a little more regarding the issue so that we can check. Thanks!

Hi, you cannot use same license in more than one site. But if you completely delete the plugin from one site and use it in another site then there should not be any problem. Let us know if you face any issue.
