Please follow these steps to get HMWP rules that needs to be added to Nginx Config file:
– activate HMWP plugin
– goto HMWP settings
– in Start Tab, click on ‘Nginx Configuration’ button. You’ll see the screen with HMWP rules.Hi, thanks for contacting us. The issue like this is usually caused due to some issue in the site’s htaccess file. We’ll check it and get back to you. Thanks!

That issue is also resolved. Basically it’s medium privacy settings with some options enabled/disabled in Permalinks tab.

In that case you’ll need to manually add HMWP rules in your site’s nginx config file and restart nginx server. This reply has been marked as private.Thanks! I checked with your theme in our test site and yes it’s the issue with the theme (site breaks if theme path renamed). Unfortunately, we cannot do much here as it’s related to 3rd party theme.
