That issue is also resolved. Basically it’s medium privacy settings with some options enabled/disabled in Permalinks tab.

Hi, thanks for reaching out to us. I could see that you are using Nginx server. In that case you’ll need to manually add HMWP rules in your site’s nginx config file and restart nginx server. Please follow the steps as mentioned here – https://support.wpwave.com/videos/setup-hmwp-on-nginx-webserver
Thanks! I checked with your theme in our test site and yes it’s the issue with the theme (site breaks if theme path renamed). Unfortunately, we cannot do much here as it’s related to 3rd party theme.
