I could see that HMWP settings page is available and also settings has been applied there. I’ve made few changes in the configuration to make it more robust. And the default WP paths in your site’s page source has been renamed/replaced correctly – https://www.screencast.com/t/rCoyr43zLK

Hi, I have made the changes as mentioned in my previous comment. Now, builtwith.com doesn’t seem to detect wordpress but wappalyzer.com is still detecting wordpress in your site. It might be from the cache. Let’s check it after some hours. Let us know!

Hi, there’s is a process for everything. You purchased the plugin from Envato, so you’ll need to apply for the refund from your Envato Panel, then only we will be able to approve the refund. That’s the process Envato customers need to follow. Thanks and hope you understand.

Hi, thanks for contacting us. HMWP in Multi-site + Nginx setup is not officially supported yet – https://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-amazing-security-plugin-for-wordpress/4177158/faqs/14735

You may use the license in your another wordpress site or else you can apply for the refund via your Envato Panel.

Hi, first of all make sure that you have custom permalink structure enabled in your site – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-custom-permalinks-in-wordpress/

Hi, I checked your site’s page source and could see comments added by some plugins. Also it seems like rename plugins option is not enabled.
Can you please let us know your site’s backend login details so that we can help you configure the plugin? I couldn’t login using above credentials, can’t access login form.

It crashed because you have not yet put HMWP rules in Nginx config file. Please activate HMWP plugin only after Hosting provider has added the rules in nginx config. Let us know. Thanks!
