    Hi, please try the following:
    – rename “hide_my_wp” plugin folder name under /wp-content/plugins/ directory
    – login to wp-admin
    – rename back “hide_my_wp” plugin to it’s original name
    – activate HMWP plugin
    – goto HMWP general settings tab and check the login secret key

If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.

Hi, HMWP IDS detects malicious requests coming to your site and notify you about it. But all these requests might not be harmful and you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block the malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS). You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.

Note: If in case, valid request is also listed as intrusion then hover over that request name and click on Exclude link to add it to exception list.

Hi, I checked your site’s (logic.al) page source and see that default wordpress paths are still visible. Please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

Also, as I explained in my previous post, you’ll need to remove/replace text/commentsadded by plugins/them using HMWP “replace in html” option under replace tools tab.

Hi, it seems like you are using WP Engine. Please apply “medium privacy more compatibility” scheme from HMWP start tab and then follow the steps as mentioned here – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/17669

    Post count: 12480

Hi, to remove/replace the text/comment added by plugins or theme in the page source you can use “replace in html” option under HMWP replace tools tab. For example add these replacements:

Powered by Visual Composer – drag and drop page builder for WordPress. ==> PVC

Powered by Slider Revolution ==> PSR

responsive, Mobile-Friendly Slider Plugin for WordPress with comfortable drag and drop interface. ==> slider

Note: For slider revolution text I have used 2 replacements because of the version in the text, so that replacement is not affected when you update the plugin.

All the rules in your site’s htaccess file were in one single line, and it was causing the issue. I deleted those and added correct rules as you can see now in htaccess file.
