Hi, I checked the settings and everything looks good, but not sure why the paths aren’t being renamed. I’ve assigned this ticket to our Sr. support so that he can look into it further.

Hi, please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details and the purchase code (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.
I emptied out “New wp-content path” field under permalinks & urls tab, and now the images are back.

I logged into backend, installed and activated HMWP plugin and followed these steps:
– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settingsNow everything seems to be working fine. Please let us know if there is any other issue.
Also, I could see the URL http://test.citywhispers.de/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/citywhispers-NeuesLogo361x80.png
Do use the image from within http://www.citywhispers.de domain itself.-

December 23, 2015 at 6:43 am in reply to: our website no longer works after installing the plugin #6804Hi, we couldn’t see hide_my_wp plugin in /citywhispers.de/wp-content/plugins/ directory?
Also let us know wp-admin login details please.
Unfortunately, you cannot as it’s WP Multisite and Nginx setup. We hope that in the upcoming versions of HMWP we’ll make it compatible with these setup.
Ok, do let us know.
This reply has been marked as private. You mean after updating HMWP plugin? Please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details and FTP details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.
December 22, 2015 at 8:03 pm in reply to: our website no longer works after installing the plugin #6787Hi, if you apply medium privacy settings then your new default login url will be http://www.yourdomain/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
And let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue.
Also, http://citywhispers.de/ is blank (shows error text) – http://screencast.com/t/xZoI1SpW0CU
Hi, I reset HMWP settings to WP default and then applied following settings:
– in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings
– in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set New wp-admin path field to “qnC9Q23K3f2D” and added following line in wp-config.php file:
define(“ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH”, “/qnC9Q23K3f2D”);
– in HMWP general settings tab set login query (login secret key) to 9D3F65uJCm=s6cY3LnulQNow everything seems to be working fine. Let us know if any issue there.
Hi, I tried to resolve the issue but renaming wp-admin path is not working as expected in your site. I’ve assigned this ticket to our Sr. support so that he can have a look into this further.
I’m doing it from both FTP and website backend. As you are using Bullet proof security, you’ll need to follow the steps as mentioned in the link that is being displayed in the top of HMWP settings page (http://skyvrit.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=hide_my_wp&die_message=single)
I’ve now applied HMWP settings, can you please check?
