You need not worry. All detected intrusions are not harmful and not blocked by HMWP IDS. Only those intrusions with high impact level are blocked by HMWP IDS.

“medium privacy” is a pre-defined settings (in ‘import options’ dropdown in start tab) so that user don’t have to go and set each settings one by one.
I have not customized any field settings.

But you need not worry as HMWP PHP IDS will take care of this and will block such malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP PHP IDS). You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in PHP IDS tab.
If any valid requests are also being detected as intrusions then please let us know. You’ll need to add such request name to Exception Field under IDS firewall tab.
Hi, is it only purchase code that’s giving problem? Are other HMWP settings being saved correctly?
