    Hi, we checked and we are not having such issue in our test sites. So, HMWP was working fine in your site previously? Can you please deactivate & delete HMWP plugin and then upload fresh copy of HMWP plugin?

    You might want to export current settings from HMWP start tab and save it in text file.

    Hi, please apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab. Also generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.

    The images issue you are having is in backend or frontend?

    Hi, yes it’s compatible with jetpack plugin. just make sure that you do not activate similar feature in both plugins, like Anti-spam feature.

    Hi, I could see in your site’s page source some comments added by different plugins. You’ll need to remove/replace them using “replace in html” option under replace tools tab. Please add following replacements there:

    Powered by Visual Composer – drag and drop page builder for WordPress. ==> VC

    Yoast SEO plugin ==> YSP

    https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/ ==> YSP

    WP Admin Bar Removal ==> WABR

    Let us know if still being detected after above replacements.

    After you set rename plugins to all, the plugin name in URLs like http://gospelmoneyexpress.com/ext/paid-memberships-pro/css/frontend.css should changes to something like http://gospelmoneyexpress.com/ext/ab4kg7op/css/frontend.css

    Isn’t this rename happening?

    Hi, we checked it and seems like it’s issue when “New wp-admin Path” is set. I’ve assigned this ticket to the sr. support. We’ll be fixing this in the upcoming versions of the plugin.

    As of now, can you please empty out “New wp-admin Path” field and comment out corresponding line in wp-config.php file and remove corresponding line from htaccess? Now after login, “New wp-admin Path” field will have value “wp-admin”; empty this and done.

    The htaccess looks good. Can you please let us know your website URL and the line numbers in Page source where you think there’s issue.
