Hi, please set “trusted user roles” for the other users in HMWP general settings tab. Let us know if it’s still the issue.
So, is it working right now?
Hi, can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.
What if you deactivate HMWP plugin; is http://www.NathanielJackson.com/livecam/njpalt_1.jpg accessible then?
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, please goto HMWP Start Tab and apply ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme.
Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site (not WP multisite)
If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details so that we can look into the issue further.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, I activated HMWP plugin and applied Medium privacy more compatibility scheme from start tab and it’s working fine. Note that your new login URL is http://www.sustainablehomes.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
You can change the secret code “hide_my_wp=1234” from HMWP general settings tab.
I uploaded,
Chrysanthemum.jpg (859kB; HMWP active)
Desert.jpg (827kB; HMWP deactivated)In both the cases images are being uploaded but image thumbnail is not visible (it’s 1×1 pixels) in media library. For images with smaller size, thumbnail is visible.
So, it seems like issue is not related to HMWP. You can try switching theme to twentyfifteen and see is the issue still exists.
Hi, with HMWP activated I tried adding an image via wp-admin media uploader, and it’s being uploaded fine (you may delete “sample.jpg”). Can you please let us know the specific page URL where the upload is not working, so that we can check?
The replacement you’ve added in Replace in HTML is not required. please follow these steps:
– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details so that we can look into the issue further.

September 4, 2015 at 4:44 am in reply to: Plugin Compatability With SEO WP — Social Media and Digital Marketing Agency #4447Alright, do let us know.
– re-configuring server: it’s just that you have to update your htaccess file with the HMWP rules (in the box below) when you add new plugin or theme, or change any settings. Delete previous HMWP rules and add new rules.
– the last step saying to add those lines: you have to add those lines in your site’s htaccess file (located in your site’s root folder). You can use FTP to update it.
