Hi, can you please let us know what exactly is the issue/error you are getting. Also, can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.

September 3, 2015 at 4:46 pm in reply to: Warning: Missing argument 2 for SitePress::terms_clauses() in.. #4434It seems like incompatibility issue between HMWP and WPML. Meanwhile, when we look into this, can you please also contact WPML support regarding this error?
Hi, please follow these steps:
– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
Also, do let us know your website URL.

I checked your site and seems like it’s still the issue even with the latest version.
I’ve assigned this ticket to Sr. support to have further look into this issue.Hi Chedr, We think you’ve already changed the details. However, we’ve masked your details above. As a forum moderator we have access to both public and private posts, and as we have to go through many posts each day it’s hard and impractical to check if post is private or not.
We request you to make sure that you check “set as private reply” option before posting private posts.-

Hi, how did you change login URL from sustainablehomes.com/wp-login to sustainablehomes.com/loveme ? From HMWP backend or some other plugin?
And how do I access your site’s backend (wp-admin)? What’s the login URL?
Hi, HMWP doesn’t hide wordpress from backend (wp-admin). It hides wordress, plugins and theme in the frontend only.
To hide “Powered by Visual Composer – drag and drop page builder for WordPress” from page source, you have to use “Replace in HTML” option in Replace tools tab. You can either remove this text completely or replace it with some other text there.
September 3, 2015 at 7:17 am in reply to: Gravity Forms not working correctly after activation PHP IDS #4417Hi, is the form not being loaded at all or being loaded incorrectly? Please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into the issue further. Also let us know the URL where we can find the form in question.
September 2, 2015 at 4:38 pm in reply to: Warning: Missing argument 2 for SitePress::terms_clauses() in.. #4407Hi, can you please try deactivating anti-spam option in general settings tab and see if the “Illegal string offset” warning is gone?
Hi, you’ll get email if someone visits /wp-admin or /wp-login.php page which are no more available (require HMWP security keyword).
And HMWP also detects malicious requests (possible hack attempts) and emails you regarding it. But you need not worry as HMWP IDS firewall will take care of this and will block such malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP PHP IDS).To stop receiving emails from HMWP, do these:
– uncheck “Send an email to site admin whenever someone visits 404 page” option in general settings tab
– set “notify threshold” to 0 in IDS firewall tabHi, yes, it seems to be like some incompatibility with HMWP. But before we investigate it further can you please update HMWP to latest ver 4.54 and check?
Let us know if it’s still the issue.Hi, we checked but couldn’t find the reason why the pre-made settings are not being applied in your case. There’s no problem in our test sites and with other customer’s sites.
However, we’ve manually applied the desired settings so that wordpress and theme is not detected in your site. So you need not worry. HMWP is working good in your site and your site is no more detected as wordpress site by detectors like whatwpthemeisthat.com, wpthemedetector.com, isitwp.com, etcIf you rename “twentyfifteen” to “mytheme”, and if in your site’s source code “wp-content/themes/mytheme/style.css” is visible then you have to add following in “Replace URLs” option or else you need not do anything (remove previous replacement “wp-content/themes/twentyfifteen/style.css >> twtf.css” from Replace URL)
wp-content/themes/mytheme/style.css >> somename.css
Hi, is it Apache webserver and WP single site installation? Make sure that your htaccess file is writeable.
If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details so that we can look into the issue further. -
