Hi, please follow these steps:

– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

Hi, is above your htaccess content? It seems like there are two mod_rewrite blocks. Can you please provide us with your website backend details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at the issue.

I renamed back hide_my_wp plugin folder to it’s original name, and applied “medium privacy more compatibility” settings in HMWP plugin’s start tab. Everything seems to be working fine. Your new admin login URL is
http://fashionsense.ro/blog/demo/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
You can change secret code “hide_my_wp=1234” from HMWP backend.

Hi, please check this FAQ – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/14731 (last point). You need to remove the “buddypress” replacement in HMWP settings.

If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s backend credentials and FTP details so that we can fix it for you.

Checked with Sr. support and it seems like there’s some issue with IIS config rules. We’ll be fixing this in the upcoming versions of the plugin.

After activating HMWP plugin and applying medium privacy settings the default backend login URL will be:
http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

So the login URLs for the above mentioned sites are:
http://www.ritzfashionista.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234
http://www.malaysiafoodie.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

Hi, renaming wp-admin path is still in Beta state (marked *) and not officially supported yet.
You have to follow the on screen instructions carefully to make this work.

If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details and FTP details so that we can fix it for you.

Alright, so you can have this option unchecked in your site. I believe the error has something to do with HMWP + your server settings and/or plugins installed.
