Hi, I’ve forwarded this topic to Sr. support. He shall get back to you soon. Sorry for the delay!
Hi, I’ve applied medium privacy more compatibility settings in HMWP. But due to the huge amount of lines already added by security plugins there in htaccess, HMWP couldn’t auto add the rules to htaccess. So I have added the rules manually there in htaccess – lines between “# BEGIN HMWP” and “# END HMWP”
Now,
1. No theme is being detected
2. NO interference with the other plugins
3. NO interference with the theme and further posibility to update
4. NO interference with the site security
6. No page loading speed impact.Hi, it seems to be issue with plugin – Plugmatter Feature Box Pro. Please try deactivating this plugin, and follow these steps:
– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’
scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.
Hi, first of all upgrade to latest version of HMWP i.e. 4.511. It seems like you are using windows server, so please follow the steps as mentioned here – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/16072

Hi, first of all we would like to let you know that “New wp-admin Path” feature is still in beta state (marked *) and is officially not supported. Enabling this feature may cause issue in some sites depending upon the server, theme and plugins used. We request you to disable this feature in your site until we come up with the stable release of this feature.
It seems like you have disabled HMWP plugin so we couldn’t check. Please provide us with your website backend details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at the issue further.
Hi, I checked the htaccess file and it’s okay. I tried renaming “hide_my_wp” plugin folder but still /wp-admin/ gives 500 error. So there might have gone something wrong during migration. Please try uploading/replacing all wordpress files and folders first. Let us know the result.
Also, I see that URLs like http://fondationmjid.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/logo-mjid.png throws 404 error, so it seems like the content hasn’t been completely migrated/copied?
Hi, it’s not being detected now. I’ve set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” under HMWP’s Permalinks & URLs tab.

Done! You have to follow these steps as mentioned in documentation:
To make HMW work with your multi-site installation you need to edit your htaccess file manually. To do that go to plugin page (Network admin panel -> Settings) and click on multi-site configuration button in start tab of HMWP to see htaccess rewrite rules.
Now use a FTP program or your host file manager and add those lines to your htaccess file (after RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ […])
Thanks! 🙂
Hi, it might possibly be issue with htaccess rules. Please let us know wp-admin and FTP credentials so that we can look into it.
Hi,you need not pay for the support. Please provide us with your website backend details and WPEngine details so that we can fix it for you.
Hi, can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.
