    I checked the screenshots. You cannot replace javascript variables and css class names even if it has text “wp” in it. The names in the end of URLs cannot be renamed as they are being used internally by plugins.

    HMWP will automatically rename the plugins when new plugins are installed (if it’s WP single site and Apache server)

    I’ve reset settings to WP in HMWP backend and applied “medium privacy more compatibily scheme”. Seems to be working now.

    Can you please generate debug report (from HMWP start tab) and post it here as private reply.

    Also, try following these steps:

    – goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’
    scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’

    Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable. But if it’s WP multisite and/or Nginx server then you’ll need to add those rules manually in htaccess or nginx config file. Please follow the documentation available within HMWP plugin folder.

    In demo site there’s no theme detected. It’s the host name that’s being detected. Currently hosts are not hidden and it’s not the issue if you do not use wordpress host. We’ll look into this on priority basis.

    After applying settings in HMWP, the corresponding rules will be automatically added to htaccess file in case it’s WP single site and Apache server. But if it’s WP multisite and/or Nginx server then you’ll need to add those rules manually in htaccess or nginx config file. Please follow the documentation available within HMWP plugin folder.

    If you are still having issue then please let us know website backend details as private reply.

    This method is not working for javascript because wp-customer-reviews.js is not registered. You can see id “wp-customer-reviews” associated with wp-customer-reviews.css link in page source but not with wp-customer-reviews.js file.

    Hi, please click on “reset settings to wp” button in HMWP start tab and apply ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme. If your site’s htaccess file or config file is not writable then you should copy the rules manually from HMWP. Also, let us know you website URL so that we can check.

    Can you please let us know removing which comment line and which line number of page source causes the issue?

    Hi I have added following lines in “Replace in HTML” option under “Replace tools” tab and the plugin name is replaced:

    wp-customer-reviews-css => custrvw
    modules/wp-customer-reviews/ => modules/c9e4cf9a/

    But the names wp-customer-reviews.css and wp-customer-reviews.js couldn’t be renamed as it is being used internally by the plugin.

    I’m little confused going through your post. But mailchimp topbar is now working right? And what else is not working now?

    Try setting “rename plugins” option to “disable plugin rename” and see if it works. If not then you might have done some CSS class name replacement. Please provide us with wp-admin access details so that we can check.

    Hi, the lines added by HMWP is between RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L] and RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f. You may remove these lines. But it’s better if you login to wp-admin, and click “reset settings to wp” button in HMWP and then deactivate/delete the plugin.

    Hi, what settings did you apply in HMWP? If it is WP multisite and/or Nginx server then you’ll need to update htaccess/config file manually. We can help you make HMWP work in your site. Please let us know your website details (as private reply) so that we can have a look at it and fix it for you. If it still doesn’t work we’ll be happy to make a refund.

    And regarding slow customer service response, we do get back to you within 24 hrs of support ticket submission. And in this case we did get back to you within 2 hrs. Do let us know if you have opened another support ticket which was unanswered. Thanks!
