Hi, thanks for contacting us. Please try these:
– enable trusted user roles for the users in Hiding tab.
– disable options “Directory List” and “Hide PHP Files” in Hiding tab.
– empty out the fields “Ajax url”, “API base” and “API query” in Permalinks tab.
– if still the issue then try disabling IDS option in Protection tab.Let us know!
1) Sorry, I meant to refer to point 3 above. I’ve updated my previous post.
2) I think safe minify should work for you. Does it break anything in your site? If not then stick with safe minify option
3) Yes, if you are not using it in your site and if there’s no other plugin that uses it, then you can disable it.
I checked it and no issue at our end. Please make sure that you enter purchase code without any white spaces. If still the issue then do let us know your site’s backend login details (as private reply) so that we can fix it in your site. Thanks!
I checked HMWP settings and could see IP “64.111.104.243” in block list. Whose IP is this? I have removed it now from block list. Can you please check if your still blocked? Try clearing the browser cache or try using another browser please. Let us know!

2) Yes, you can enable it. Please check the site once after enabling it.
3) These options are marked *, meaning that they are in experimental mode. So, if you enable these options please check the site if it’s working fine or not, and disable these options if any issue.

Yes, please ask the hosting provider to add those rules in nginx config file of your site ( within server{} block, just before closing braces } ), and restart Nginx. Let us know when they have done it.
