Hi, in HMWP PHP IDS settings page you can see following options:
Log Threshold, Block Threshold, Notify ThresholdIf the intrusion’s (potential dangerous request) impact is more than or equal to “Log threshold” value, then such requests will be logged.
If the intrusion’s (potential dangerous request) impact is more than or equal to “Block threshold” value, then such requests will be blocked.
If the intrusion’s (potential dangerous request) impact is more than or equal to “Notify threshold” value, then email will be sent to you about such requests.
You need not worry much, as the requests detected as intrusions are of lesser impact. Even if such requests are of more impact HMWP IDS will take care of them automatically.
Hi, nothing will work if you deactivate the plugin! htaccess file only contains rewrite rules for the URLs that has been masked/replaced by HMWP plugin code. Hence, deactivating the plugin means your WP default URLs/paths won’t be changed.
Hi, can you please let us know your website URL. Also, leave HMWP plugin active and medium privacy settings applied.
Hi, can you please do the following:
– from HMWP > Start tab; generate debug report and send it to us
– attach your htaccess (you may delete some part of it as max upload size is 2 MB only)
Note: you can post these as private message.Hi, you can view license details here – http://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard
Authors don’t have access to price/license settings in Envato. So please contact support.envato.com. Thanks!Hi, the words that can be replaced are already done. But there are few words that are id or class, and hence not replaced.
Hi, your site is now not being detected as wordpress site. You can check using http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ and http://www.wpthemedetector.com/
But I didn’t replace words like “wp-tag-cloud” as those have been used by the theme or plugins for a specific purpose.Hi, the objective of HMWP plugin is to hide/mask all WP footprints so that the visitors and online tools can’t detect that it’s a wordpress site. HMWP doesn’t change any physical location of files.
You can use “Replace in HTML” option in HMWP, but if the text you are going to replace is class or id (like wp-tag-cloud), then that word may be used by the theme or plugins for a specific purpose. So after changing it make sure everything works well.

Hi Anne21, this is now fixed. I’ve added the following line in “Replace in HTML” in HMWP settings:
&src[equal]http://makeuptipsideas.com/file=&src[equal]../uploads
You see the codes like “wp-admin-bar” if you are logged in. Visit the site as normal user and you won’t see such codes.
HI ugurterzi, sorry for the delay, but this might take some time. We’ll surely get back to you.
Hi, sorry for the delay. Have you followed the steps below?
– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme >> click ‘Save Settings’
– goto HMWP >> ‘Start’ Tab >> click ‘Multi-site Configuration’
– now use a FTP program or your host file manager and add those lines to your htaccess file (after RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ […])Let me know the result after this, then we can proceed further.
Also, try enabling and disabling W3TotalCache’s Minify option to see if issue is related to this. ‘Empty All Caches’ after each change.Hi, sorry for the delay. Seems like the issue has been solved now. Can you please share how you fixed it. It could be helpful to others as well. Thanks!
Yes, Anne21
