    Unfortunately, without access to Nginx config file you cannot configure HMWP plugin in Nginx server. Will the hosting provider add rules in nginx config for us if we send them the rules to be added?

    Hi, thanks for contacting us. I’ve removed attachment from the 1st post. Make sure that .htaccess file is writable? After you apply settings in HMWP, the rules shall be added to htaccess file automatically. Please check and let us know.

    Also, I checked the debug report and could see that you are using older version 5.5.3 of HMWP plugin. Please update it to latest version 6.0.1. You can update it from site’s backend or download the latest version from your Envato Panel.

    What is the current version of HMWP you have installed in your site. You should be able to update it from your site’s backed (make sure that you have entered your purchase code in HMWP settings). Also, you can download the latest version (6.0.1) from your Envato Panel.

    Are you sure it’s because of HMWP plugin? Please try renaming hide_my_wp plugin folder name in /wp-content/plugins/ directory (you can use FTP or hosting control panel for this).
    If it’s related to HMWP, then please try disabling IDS option and Trust Network option in Protection tab.
    If it’s still the issue then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into it further. Thanks!

    Hi, aren’t you able to access both frontend and backend? Did you add you country or IP in the block list? You may rename hide_my_wp plugin folder in /wp-content/plugins/ directory to disable it and gain access to your site. Do let us know your site’s wp-admin login details and FTP details (if you have renamed hide_my_wp plugin folder) so that we can look into this issue for you. Thanks!

    Hi, did you add your IP in HMWP Blocked IPs list (Protection tab)? If so please remove it from there. Let us know!
