Hi, I just checked your site http://freedompro.kinsta.cloud/ and it working fine (no 404 errors), and HMWP also seems to be working fine there.
Can you please let us know what exactly is not working as expected? Screenshots will be helpful.

Hi, first of all I’m not sure why you are using both WP rocket and Autoptimize plugins. I think WP Rocket shall be enough. But having said that, HMWP is compatible with both WP rocket and autoptimize plugins. We have not checked HMWP along with both autoptimize and wp rocket. It could be conflict with features like new style name, minify style, new wp-content path, API Base/Query (Permalinks & urls tab); IDS (IDS Firewall tab).

Hi, thanks for letting us know. We are aware of this and it will be fixed in the upcoming versions of the plugin.
It’s just a deprecated alert, not error and shall not cause any issue in the plugin or site.
Also, it’s recommended to turn off deprecated warning in php.

Hi, for Nginx server you’ll need to manually add HMWP rules in nginx config file and restart nginx. Please follow the steps as mentioned here – https://support.wpwave.com/videos/setup-hmwp-on-nginx-webserver

If it’s still the issue then please post here your site’s nginx config content (after you have added HMWP rules in it). Thanks!

Hi, I’ve now configured HMWP plugin in your site, and it seems to be working fine. Please check and let us know.
If any conflict/issue then simply deactivating the plugin shall fix it all.

Hi, is it https://www.helenstock.com ?
I previously configured HMWP in that site and it worked fine there. I tried to login to site’s backend to check the issue but it seems like the previous login credentials isn’t working anymore. Can you please check?

Hi, we understand your concern. You can use it in staging site and live site simultaneously, but please enter your purchase code only in the live site. Using the same purchase code in more than one site could cause a conflict. Thanks for your understanding.
