Adding SMTP mail server and updating theme shall not cause the issue. I could login to your site’s backend without any issue. I logged out and then logged in again successfully. Can you please check again? If issue then try clearing browser cache or try using another browser. Let us know!
Hi, I reset the previous HMWP settings and configured it again in your site. It seems to be working fine, but when I rename wp-admin path name to ‘dashboard’ (in Permalinks & URLs tab), it switches back to wp-admin automatically (https://www.screencast.com/t/ivPLHtuxXU)
It seems like some conflict with the other plugins or theme. Is it okay if we check disabling other plugins and switching to WP default theme? Let us know. Thanks!Have you been saying the same thing for years that is not available for translation
>> We understand your concern but we don’t see needo of language translation for this plugin as a must have as this is not front-facing plugin.
This is already in out ToDo list but has a very less priority as of now.How can I try to navigation for another country to make tests?
>> You just need to google for keywords like “browse with ip address from another country” and you’ll get the answers.
>> We can help you check it. After entering the purchase code in HMWP settings tab and then updating the plugin, resolved the issue. Please check and let us know. Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private. No, you don’t need separate license to test HMWP in development or staging site. But make sure that you completely deactivate/remove HMWP plugin in test site after you have moved to live site.

When logged in and HMWP active, the site doesn’t work (404 error). I’ve now disabled HMWP plugin by directly renaming it in plugins directory (via FTP). I’ll check this issue further and let you know.
Can you please also let us know your HMWP purchase code (as private reply)? Thanks!

It’s .htaccess file issue and is resolved now. The site is working fine now and HMWP also activated. Can you please enter your HMWP purchase code in HMWP Start tab? Let us know if any issue.

Please explain them the exact issue. Thanks!
