As it’s still the same error after renaming HMWP plugin folder (which will deactivate the plugin completely), the source of error seems to be something else, most probably, corrupt database or wrong database credentials. We recommend you to contact your hosting provider regarding this.

Hi, the issue might not be related to HMWP. Please check following these steps:

– rename “hide_my_wp” plugin folder in /wp-content/plugins/ directory (via FTP or hosting ControlPanel)
– comment out or remove following line from wp-config.php (if you have added it there previously)
define(“ADMIN_COOKIE_PATH”, “/NEW_WPADMIN_PATH_NAME”);

The text in browser tab title is generally from WordPress’s General Settings page – http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
Please check “site title” and “tagline” fields.

To avoid direct access to wp-admin and wp-login.php, you’ll need to enable Hide Admin option and set Login Query & Login Key (in General settings tab) – https://www.screencast.com/t/j1w9VWaYb
We recommend you to apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab and save the settings. The new login url will be /wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

To rename wp-login.php, you’ll need to set “Change Login URL” field in Permalinks & Urls tab.
To rename wp-admin, you’ll need to set “New wp-admin Path” field, and follow the on-screen instructions very carefully.

Hi, you cannot download older version and it’s always recommended to have the latest version.

Regarding 500 error please do these:
– set WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php file to see detailed error message
– check server error log for detailed error message
– let us know the detailed error message
– post here your site’s .htaccess file content

Logo is visible in both. Regarding page speed, please check if any URLs is returning 404 error page. This usually adds up to page speed.

– empty out “API base” and “API query” fields in HMWP permalinks & urls tab
– empty out “Ajax URL” field in HMWP permalinks & urls tab

Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Did you rename wp-admin path name? Such login issue may occur if you rename wp-admin path and you miss some step during the rename.
