Hi, can you please try emptying out “Ajax url” field in Permalinks & urls tab? Also disable IDS option in IDS firewall tab if it still doesn’t work. Let us know!

Hi, I logged into your site and it doesn’t seem like you are using WPEngine? Also I generated debug report from HMWP and could see that you are using Apache server – https://www.screencast.com/t/EgnCK7uyeq3
Can you please confirm these with your hosting provider? Thanks!

Hi, please set “trusted user roles” for the users in General settings tab.

If it’s still the issue then do these:

    – empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab
    – empty out “API base” and “API query” fields in Permalinks & URLs tab
    – disable IDS option in IDS Firewall tab

Hi, to rename stylesheet IDs you can add replacements like below in “replace in html” section under Replace tools tab:

    elementor-icons-css ==> somename-icons-css

Let us know if any issue.

Hi, we checked it at our end and no such issue. Is this the issue right after activating HMWP plugin or after applying some settings in it? Can you please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply? Thanks!

Hi, 404 error occurs if HMWP rules are not added correctly in htaccess file. Please follow these steps:

    – apply ‘medium privacy more compatibility’ settings scheme from HMWP start tab.
    – check your site’s htaccess file. HMWP rules should have been auto added there, something like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/VuanD8rZQwN6
If HMWP rules are not auto added then you’ll need to add the rules manually. (htacess should be writable)

If you are still having any difficulty, then please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details and FTP details as private reply so that we can configure it for you. Thanks!

Hi, did you try setting WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php file and see what exactly is the error? Or else do let us know your site’s FTP details so that we can check it. Thanks!

Hi, I could see that the rules are being duplicated there in htaccess file – https://www.screencast.com/t/vpdmGuoO5W
Please remove the duplicate rules as shown in screenshot above. And is it WP single site or multisite setup? If it’s multisite then you’ll need to manually update htaccess file.

Hi, we could have resolved the issue for you. Depending on the complexity of the site some settings might needs to be enabled/disabled in HMWP. Unfortunately, you have already opted for the refund. The refund might take few days. Thanks!
