Hi, I checked the error log and majority of error messages are related to /wp-content/plugins/eventon-slider-addon/includes/functions.php
Can you please specify the errors related to HMWP. Thanks!I’m not sure if the issue is related to “AllowOverride” or “CDN”. Is it possible to disable CDN for a while so that we can check what exactly the issue is? Thanks!
That is okay. Almost all the cache plugins are compatible with HMWP like WP super cache, WP fastest cache, WP Rocket, etc.
Regards!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, are you using Litespeed server? In that case make sure that you change “AllowOverride None” to “AllowOverride All” in apache’s httpd.conf.

Please confirm this with your hosting provider so that rewrite rules in htaccess file works fine. And did you implement CDN (https://camp.b-cdn.net/) recently? Did your site break after adding CDN?
Let us know. Thanks!
The issue is resolved now after disabling “Clean up body/menu/post classes” options in Cleanup tab. Thanks!

I checked it and the slider in home page is working fine (with HMWP enabled) – https://www.screencast.com/t/Qc2FZoEUzYQF
Also, Load More button is working fine – https://www.screencast.com/t/ehECUS9amNr7Can you please check? Thanks!
Hi, HMWP IDS detects malicious requests coming to your site and notify you about it. But all these requests might not be harmful and you need not worry as HMWP IDS will take care of this and will block the malicious requests if Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP IDS). You can stop receiving emails regarding this by setting “Notification Threshold” option to 0 in IDS Firewall tab.
Note: If in case, valid request is also listed as intrusion then hover over that request name and click on Exclude link to add it to exception list.
Hi, it seems like the issue related to the site’s htaccess file (if apache server). Can you please let us know your site’s backend login details (as private reply) so that we can help you configure the plugin?
Regards!
I see. In such case it would be difficult for us to check. Can we check this once you move to live site? Sometimes the issue that are present in localhost might not be there when you move to live server. Let us know! Thanks!
Hi, can you please send us the screenshots of the issue? Also let us know the page URL where we can check this issue. Thanks!
