You are using Lightspeed server, and hence htaccess rewrite rules are not enabled by default there. Make sure that you change “AllowOverride None” to “AllowOverride All” in apache’s httpd.conf – https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/threads/htaccess-is-ignored.15500/
(you might need to contact your hosting provider regarding it). Let us know.Thanks & Regards!

After logging in, you can rename back hide_my_wp plugin folder and then re-configure it.

Did you also rename wp-admin path name in HWP Permalinks tab? We’ll need your site’s backend login details as well as FTP details to help resolve this issue and configure HMWP plugin in your site.

As mentioned in my previous reply, can you please let us know your site’s backend login details (as private reply) so that we can check the issue? Also let us know where/how we can check the image optimize issue.
