I tried logging into your site using the given credentials but it’s not working. – disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP Hiding tab
– disable “Directory List” option in Hiding tab
– disable “Hide PHP Files” option in Hiding tab
– empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks tab
– empty out “API Base” and “API Query” fields in Permalinks tab
– if it’s still the issue then try disabling IDS option in Protection tabLet us know!

You can auto update it from site’s backend or download it from your Envato Panel and update manually.Regarding backend login issue, did you rename wp-admin path name is HMWP settings? If so then you might have missed some step during the rename. Also, please rename hide_my_wp plugin folder name in /wp-content/plugins/ directory and then see if you can access the site’s backend.

Hi, thanks for contacting us. You can hide plugin names by setting “rename plugins” option to ‘all plugins’ in permalinks tab. But it’s not recommended to hide/rename CSS class names and script variables as it might break the site.

Hi, I could no more access your site’s backend. Can you please try saving the settings in HMWP and see if the Purchase code issue is still there?
