Yes, we have site’s backend login details, but we also need FTP login details (or CPanel details) because it seems like (from your comments above), as soon as you activate HMWP plugin, you can no more access site’s backend.
Do let us know. Thanks!
Hi, with HMWP you can only block IPs or countries. Why do you need to whitelist your IP (it shall be by default whitelisted).
Regards!

Hi, if you are using ELementor plugin then
– disable ‘full hide’ option in HMWP Hiding tab
– empty out “post query”, “page query” and “page base” fields in Permalinks tabLet us know! Thanks!

This reply has been marked as private.You can add replacement like below in “Replace URLs” section under Replace tab:
wp-content/uploads/xyz/font/myfont.woff ==> somename.woff
But this will only work if the above URL is available in site’s page source itself. If it’s being referenced from within other css file then it won’t work.

Hi, I checked it with Full Hide on but couldn’t make it work properly when this option is on. So it’s recommended to disable full hide in your site. Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi, can you please check now? Full Hide option was creating the conflict. I have disabled it now.
So, it’s working in one website but not working in another site? Are both these sites clone of each other? If not clone, do these 2 websites have same theme and same plugins? In the site where it’s not working, did you check deactivating HMWP plugin? Let us know.
Hi, HMWP is for hiding WordPress, theme and plugins from the frontend only. You cannot hide these in the wordpress backend.
