You’ll need to have access to apache configuration file, possibly located at
/opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/conf/httpd-app.conf
/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/httpd.confThere you’ll need to change AllowOverride None to AllowOverride All
May be you can ask your hosting provider regarding it?
July 13, 2020 at 3:03 pm in reply to: Some WordPress backend menu options are blank/not loading after activating #31420It’s most probably the .htaccess issue. Bitnami/AWS by default do not enable htaccess. In apache configuration file, you will need to change AllowOverride None to AllowOverride All to use the .htaccess file.

Turning on this option in your site is most probably causing the conflict and hence being disabled. We recommend you to leave this option disabled in such case.
Have a nice weekend!
Thanks a lot 🙂
Have a nice weekend!Hi, thanks for reaching out to us. HMWP should not have any issue with SSL certificate. We recommend you to first deactivate HMWP plugin and then activate SSL certificate. If everything is working fine then activate HMWP plugin (apply/change settings if required). Clear the cache if any.
If there is any issue, please deactivate HMWP plugin and contact us so that we can look into it (you can also manually disable plugin by renaming hide_my_wp plugin folder name in /wp-content/plugins/ directory).Issue#2 is the strange one! Is it that all wordpress dashboard content disappears or only the HMWP settings disappears? Let us know.
Have a nice weekend!
