Hi, we won’t have access to Apache’s httpd.conf via FTP. Hosting Control Panel access is required, or else you can ask your hosting provider to make this change for you.

Hi, yes, the site is breaking because the HMWP rules have not been added to site’s Nginx config file.
A new set of rules will be generated only when you change the settings in Permalinks Tab, and when you do so the rules needs to be updated in Nginx config too.

Hi, we have not made any changes. We can no more login using above login details! Are you still getting that message?

I’ve set the trusted user roles for the users in HMWP settings. Can you please check now?
If it’s still the issue then let us know A Student user login details so that we can check.

I could see that you are using LiteSpeed Web Server.

In that case, make sure that you change “AllowOverride None” to “AllowOverride All” in apache’s httpd.conf.

Yes, it is strange that the issue appears randomly. Can you please apply the changes I mentioned above and see if the issue still occurs randomly? Depending on the outcome of this then we can proceed further.

Hi, thanks for contacting us. I would login using given credentials, but I’ll also need your HMWP purchase code to activate the plugin and apply the settings. Please let me know your HMWP purchase code as private reply here. Thanks!

In that case please disable ‘trust network’ options in HMWP Protection tab. Let us know.

    >> Which tickets please? Can you please post here the links to them?

I buy many licenses, I ask you – where can I buy multi site?
    >> We have extended license which you can use upto in 5 sites. You can purchase it from here – https://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-amazing-security-plugin-for-wordpress/4177158

    >> This is working as expected. Once you have applied the settings, the settings code will be gone from that box. The selected settings will be applied accordingly. You can check Permalinks tab and it’s options before and after applying the settings.

Replaced those theme names now. Can you please check? You’ll need to check the site’s page source in logged out state.

Hi, those stylesheet IDs can be renamed using Replace in HTML option in Replace tab. I could not login to your site using given credentials. I could not access login page. Please check and let us know.

    Also check this – https://support.wpwave.com/documentation/hide-my-wp/features-overview/replace-tab-options

Hi, I could not access your site – https://www.screencast.com/t/ITnvBE3fTE7k
    Can you please check?

Also try enabling trusted user role for the users in HMWP Hiding tab, and disable “trust network” in Protection tab.
